Grand Avenue Pizza

I am just in town for the night and chose this place based on reviews. I am so glad I did. I rarely leave reviews, because honestly I'm just too lazy, but this one deserved a review. A) I made an annoying special request with my pizza and it was correct B) It arrived 40 minutes quicker than they said it would...sorry about the towel C) I am an idiot and said I was staying on 30th AVE not 30th STREET and my poor bicycle delivery boy had to call me several times and I thought he was crazy until I realized my mistake and he had to ride an extra 1.5 miles on his bike...in the cold...and it was STILL 40 minutes early! and lastly D) The pizza was freaking huge. I ordered a large for me and my husband...but I could have ordered a large for the neighborhood...ok maybe that's an exaggeration but still..a large is LARGE! Also, it was extremely delicious! Great job!

My only regret is not finding this place sooner!

I ordered a chicken Parmesan with rigatoni around midnight. It was very delicious, better than I expected. It came with some good bread as well.

The sauce and the chicken were much more flavorful than your run-of-the-mill pizza joint, and the pasta was cooked correctly. I highly recommend this place for some good Italian American food!!

Ordered a large cheese pizza with added veggies (its more expensive than the veggie pizza but you get more veggies this way - rightfully). It was a little cool upon arrival, understandable given its freezing outside. Even so, the pizza was absolutely delicious. Will definitely order from here again.

The eggplant parmigiana pizza was delicious! The bread was fresh and the flavors were rich. The cannoli was as filled with amazing flavors. The food was delivered before the time estimated it would arrive. Overall, excellent experience and we look forward to ordering from them again!

Hands down one of the best Italian restaurants in the area. The tomato sauce is absolutely delicious. And don't even get me started on their meatballs!! I'm super glad I discovered this place and they should definitely be expecting a lot of business from me!

Every thing was like the order. I ordered a fresh morzarella with jalapenios on the right site and onions on the left site. My boyfriend ordered a smoked bacon pizza with extra garlic. It was so delicious. But we had to much pizza. So for tourist one pizza is enough if you are a normal eater.

My wife and I order from Grand pretty regularly and it's always consistent. We usually stick to Sicilian slices and salads, so I can't comment on the rest of the menu, but we both like the Pizza. If you are looking for a regular place to order from, Grand hasn't let us down.

First time trying and it was amazing! The penne a la vodka is soooooo good!!!!!! Garlic nots not dry and perfectly garlicky. They were super fast and even waited for me to run from the train because I wasnt expecting them that quick. A+++ cant wait to try more things!

Probably the best Sicilian slice/pie I've ever had. Their chicken roll is top notch too. Great food overall, even good for catering (I get chicken parm, baked ziti, etc. for draft parties). If you're in the area or are a pizza aficionado, hit Grand Ave.

BEST pizza in the area. Nice guys, always fast delivery, perfect ricotta and plain slices. Buffalo chicken and the potato/bacon are other favourites when you're hungry. Garlic knots are fluffy with tons of garlic, and cannolis are delicious as well.
